These pages contain a sample buffet selection offering great choice and variety and which have been prepared in our Local Authority inspected kitchen. Dishes have been chosen to cater for all tastes and include favorites which have proven to be very popular. In compliance with E.U. Regulations, we advise that upon advice received from our suppliers and to the best of our knowledge, food items do not contain genetically modified soya and/or maize. All sections may be adapted to suit individual tastes and budgets. Desserts may also be included in any finger menus at 95p per head including disposable bowls, cutlery, and cream. Varieties of sandwiches and quiche will automatically be increased for any covers above approximately 30 at no extra charge.
